Join Councilmember Charles Allen for a community town hall breaking down the proposed FY25 budget for the District of Columbia. This year's budget is especially challenging as we have to meet several urgent needs all at once, even as District revenues have remained steady. 

So all that is to say this is an important conversation. Councilmember Allen needs to hear from you -- what are your priorities? Where do you want to see changes made? 

The format for the evening begins with Councilmember Allen doing a high-level review of what the Mayor proposed in her budget across major areas of government, and he'll share some of his priorities. But then we want to hear from residents in a comment or question. 

The event will be both in-person and virtual.
